We recently rode the Canoe Mountain trail near Valemount, BC, which was thoroughly enjoyed. Took us up to about 8500 ft I believe. Anybody know of a comparable high elevation ride here in Alberta?

Mt Hammel and Kaw Ridge by Grande Cache are pretty good rides.Been up there a couple times. Back roads map book lists Sugarloaf Mountain ,west of Claresholm as a quad accessible trail to a fire lookout over 80000 ft. Has anyone rode this one?

Might be a snow line right now near the top?Just looked it up and Mount Toma is a good one at almost 8800 ft. Does anyone know what the trail is like and if it is open to machines?
