I have 07 m1000 took it out for shake down run did good. Rode for maybe 10 minutes, got home sled sat for prob half hour tried starting it and ran for 2 seconds and died now won't start. Any ideas and yes checked gas.

snap the throttle, the switch is known to stick, listen to hear the micro switch click

Did u check the plugs?

pull a plug and let rest on one of the head bolts...pull over and watch for spark. if ya got spark move on to fuel. pull off fuel line to fuel rail at the intake, unplug fuel pump at tank..take a 9v battery and wrap wires around positive and negative posts then insert wires into the fuel pump wire connector...just for a second...this will start pump and it should piss out fuel from the disconnected fuel line.

this will eliminate a fuel pump issue or pick ups in teh tank. put the fuel line back on and plug the pump back in. now take one plug out of each cyl. pour some fuel down each cyl. pull over. should start and run. if it stops shortly (only ran on the fuel you put in) it may be injectors.

check compression too. so many things really...this should get ya started
