One thing I have not read here is did you measure your old cable slack and adjust inside the powermad box as it explaines in the instructions and did you fill it with grease? It sounds like it's to tight.

not sure what your meaning...i should prolly add more grease...but the other part didnt read anything saing that adjusting thing

Do you still have the circlip on the end of the cable, closest to the lever? If so remove it. Your idling fine when the cable is not seated in the lever, this is the tension you need to be at. Wow i feel for ya this should be a simple install.

yea...im really not to surewhat i need to do...either adjust carbs...lower the slider thing in there down...think that might work? seems maybe the only thing that will work...

how much greese should i put in the little box thingy?

haha nicely done...know how it feels...and ill put greese in there soon and try that other thing then wqait for new kill switch and thumb warmer and away i go...

Well good luck, this seems like it would be best delt with hands on. I hope ya getter done soon. If you could post some pics it may help us help you but im sure youll getter figured out.

haha thanks man...helped me out for the second time haha...but ill have it closer to been done by next week...next year a new sled for me though:d

No. You need to let the cable slack out more. What hole is the lever in on the CR throttle block? You need more slack in the cable. if you have it zip tied somewhere, undo the zip ties. Give it as much slack as possible. If the revs are going up when you turn the bars then it is too tight.

not zip tied anywhere...i tried it in al three holes...middle seems best i think
