Read about this in the Valley Sentinel last weekend and was p***ed off for two days. Volunteers put in countless hours in McBride providing us access to the alpine and cabin's to warm up in and then some pieces of s**t steal the heaters from a not for profit organization only to get a few bucks for them when and if they sell them. Has to be disheartening to those in McBride just like the vandalism of the groomer in Whitecourt was disheartening for them. Keep up the great work and don't let it get you down because for every piece of s**t out there there are a hundred good people like the one's kicking in the money for this cause. Thanks for all you did at the last Mountain Mania, was awesome. Sent a donation in the mail yesterday. Hopefully you get enough donations to recoup the $2,000 and then some.
