Ok first a bit of history. I have had a couple heart surgeries so when my bank approached me about having more insurance without a physical I thought it was a pretty good idea. I have the normal insurance through work but this stuff was like "critical health" and "critical accident".
I signed up for it but after looking at the paperwork I think I would just be throwing my money away. The accident stuff means you have to have an accident so if I get hurt sledding for example I don't think they would consider it an accident since I knew I was sledding. Also even though I have called 3 times and in 3 times they have said I would not have an issue with the heart thing because technically I am not at risk for a heart attack or stroke. I really see them sticking it to me if I even did claim something like that though.
So question. Does anyone out there have the extra bank health insurance stuff? Any horror stories?
