headlight delete?

I am contemplating removing my headlight for cooling purposes, also its all scratched up and very dim . I know lots of people have done this and was wondering how, do you just unbolt it and unplug it or do you need to install something so that there is still power being draw? Thanks

I know when I'm Rippen down a trail I appreciate a headlight coming at me to warn me of oncoming sleds.

yes, im just not sure if i would put lights in like that or just leave it open with the screen and get a helmet light or something along the lines of that.

I agree. We have seen too many people hurt or killed by colisions on trails and sleds. No need to become a statistic yourself or even worse, be involved with taking out a buddy of mine.

Im interested in your setup could you give me some more info on it. I want brighter lights and maybe put some frogskin or petscreen over the holes in the process
