i agree. but dont you have a 156? thats like a kids toy now...

I do but 3 factors come into play. Its dropped and rolled so that makes it longer. It doesnt have a stock skid so that keeps the front end down and its not a turbo. Although it will make some turbo owners wonder what just happened.

Yet there's how many pro riders like Rasmussen, Burandt are riding turboed 155&153's in the steep and deep

These guys ride the steep and deep on 155 & 153's, but they are not poking at the massive chutes that I think LHF is talkin about. Take a look at the big turbos that are running at Revy and places like that. They are running 162" and up with aftermarket suspensions to keep the front end down. You can run a shorter track for the short steep pulls, but they don't work when you are WOT for 30+ seconds with big hp, they stand on their tail and you lose all your track speed. This has been my experience in 30+ years of mountain riding anyways (feeling old when I say that :crutch:).

162 is the ultimate length. imo

Yes brett rasmussen rides a 153 but I've ridden with him on a 162 aswell. Trust me it doesn't hinder him one bit lol

Well there's only one way to settle this.....SNOW!!!!!!!! I for one would genuinely like to see LHF'S wedge work no sarcasm here i know a guy that had a mod wedge back and the day it wasn't anything close to freaks and that thing shocked me it wasn't the king of the hill but for a wedge it sure went far and was fun to watch.

One of the funniest moments of my lifetime was when Brett Rasmussen said... K I'm going to show you something... then we both hopped on Chuck Norris, My 2012 155 Pro... BOTH OF US... he whipped us back and forth on a steep side hill... we'd get rolling, then he'd say.. "Now we're going to go this way" and switch directions.. Both of us... blew my mind.. My stomach hurt from laughing so hard.
When it was all done.. we were chilling.. he said.. I thought we were going to crash a few times... ME TOOOOOO I said.. he isn't a big guy, but his agility, and commitment to what he is doing, such as a off camber switch direction kind of side hill move are 100%. Wicked fun, and he's an amazing rider for sure..

Here is me after...
