Hardwood Floors

Hey guys. We have hardwood in our new place and its very nice and shiny. I'd like to keep it that way but have no experience with them. Anyone who has had hardwood have any cleaning and upkeep tips for me

I'm assuming it's pre-finished! Big dogs will scratch it; keep the nails trimmed. As far as cleaning goes; vacuum, mop/dust, and damp mop with a mixture of water and vinegar. No real need to get all hung out on special cleaners, etc. Hardwood flooring has been around for decades and it works.

One concern; wipe up water spills quickly and be careful of plant pots sitting on the floor.

The product you are seeking is called Woodpecker Hardwood Floor Cleaner, apply this to your floor and it looks better than new. Do not use a swiffer, they are very streaky. Any small dings over time I use colored sharpie pens to fill the holes, only very small scratches and dings.
