I cant believe the guy is still in business. In all my years of sledding I have honestly never heard one good thing said about him. Every single person I have talked to has expressed a similar experience to this one. Heard ALOT of stories like yours.

It just blows my mind that you could operate a dealership in a town that has arguably the best snowmobiling in the world...........and have his attitude. Imagine how successful his dealership could be with a little customer service.

HaHa. The common denominator isn't the manufacturer, its the dealers.

Had a similar experience with my XP a few years back. As far as I'm concerned, dealers represent the manufacturer. Years and years ago, Doo pulled a dealers license in Winnipeg for chitty service and complaints.

well if BRP know when photo's are posted of new product they must know H2O is not a good dealer but yet they doo nothing to stop this?? as you said how many threads???

they refuse to sell parts lol?? like really?

ohhh my koolaid is almost gone Ken..... thats another negative to BRP IMO especialy if this is a known issue and big issue

Now a smart businessman would have asked you what you needed and told you yes or no if he could sell you one. Its not like you needed him to install it for you.

Wow he was open late. Usually closes at noon Saturdays.

Last weekend a guy from Kelowna was in the lot asking me how to get a hold of him. He was going to pick up his friends sled and had called him in the moring to tell him he was coming. The dick head didn't tell him he closed at noon.
I bought my new sled at Mr Rs and knew I was going too but for fun last spring I asked H20 for a spring check quote on line. Never got one. BRP followed up with me twice but never got it.

I wouldn't piss on that guys face if he was dying of thirst.

Don't dispair, just go back to Mr Rs. Bet they would help you with this sled/ Only 20 min. more for me than when in Milo. Ryan has his head on right. When I take my sled in, and they don't need to go back often, maybe once a season I have had lunch with him while there and had a good BS session.

I would like to say how pissed I was today at that little four eyed loser who said he was the cleaner at h20 when in fact he's the owners kid! Telling us he doesn't know the number what a joke! I think I just may write a nasty little letter into brp about how this idiot will only sell you parts if he knows you that to me is Bs and there is no right for this idiot to still be in business! All of sicamous agrees kick his azz out of there get someone with some passion!

Randy at motor tech in golden was excellent, I needed a TRA Sheave that was damaged, they actually had it put everything together, and I was back up on quartz in no time riding(the same day). Great place and thanks again randy.

He s only there cuz he knows his ch!t, which cant be said about the other doo dealers in the okanagan/ shuswap. (banners). Apparently not interested in supplying parts for older sleds. The guys who can get him to work on stuff are happy with the outcome. I dont like the guy either. Mikey @ powderlites is a good friend of mine, and i ll drive an hour to deal w them!

obviously doesnt know his chit a proper businessman would have asked us what we needed and sold us the part instead of saying "i dont know his number" what a knob! lucky he had his little girlie friend with him would have been fun ripping someone out of a truck for a beat down! yup I guess we know why we go to dealers like mr.r's and many other reputable dealers! I would also like to say a big big thanks to the locals in sicamous who brought us into there private shop and let us use there welders,axe cutters,metal to make braces,and supplied us with beer and a beautiful heated shop to work in all for FREE! now that is why sledders rule! also big thanks to SLED SHED and all the others who tried to help us out on this issue.

I was riding revy, lost my key in the sugar bowl, towed sled to truck, called H20, and they got me right in. programmed 2 new keys and i was on my way. he charged me an hour labor for 10 mins work, but i wasnt gonna complain as it saved me from heading further.

your 1 of the lucky ones! even the local we talked to has bought over $150,000 in toys from H20 and the guy still charges him full pop on belts and charged him for a 2 dollar part.

ya it really is sad! I know myself when i know of a good company that is reputable I talk them up even if they are my competion! it's really sad when dealers from the surrounding areas that all have great things to say about one another say "oh ya we have heard about that guy! and dont worry we will help you out no matter what you need!".
