gustav flats

hey guys, does anyone know of the area about 30km north of grande cache i think its called gustav flats looks like you can just pull off the west side of the hwy and camp , doesnt look like a maintained campground just pull in and park where ever, is there any regulations? or such lookin for a quadding holiday with the kids, looks like there are trails there as i have drove by there before and seen everyone camping there any info would be appreciated

it's called kvass flats, about 4 miles north from town if I recall correctly. we go there a few times every year, you can camp on the east or west side of the highway and ride from there up to kaw ridge or mount hammell.

About 30km north of town is the sheep creek area, there is a pay as you stay prov camp ground there too or on the west side just pull over and squat :d

yeah i think thats where im talking about just a great big open grassy flat area . are there trails to ride right from that camp area?
