So after my accident awhile back and bending my lower left control arm I have come to a conclusion. Straitening it out my spindle is almost straight up and down and it is spitting my ski rubber out after about 100km every time. Upon further investigation my aluminum lower support(518327487) is tweaked and the cheap ski-doo brace I put in helped but is twisted, so being in that far I might as well change the whole s-module 518328320. All my control arm bushings have play and I am going to replace them with brass ones while everything is apart and install upper braces. So my question is this,..
Any of you continue to run the ski-doo extreme skid plate along with the improved GnR brace 125-066? There is a shat ton of rivets I have to drill out to remove the skid plate,.. personal preference? I was thinking maybe modifying it so it only covers the rear control arm mounts to the heat exchanger, as it is hold way too much snow and freezes up the steering overnight.
