Big band at the Gainford Halloween party this year. We’re gonna check it out.

Even the fact they are having a band is a step back in time, far/few between anymore live bands at the bar miss those.

I meant to message you. She’s in. I talked with her about winter time. Lots of Sledders and country people with nothing to do. But sled. She will gladly accept the sled club.

Most guys had full cabs and heat. Guys like me had heaters with front and back windows only. Hate door tops.
But yes, everyone had a heater. Couple years ago we did that same ride at -25 with blistering winds deep snow. It Doesn’t matter how long it takes we go to Ruby Falls and back every year.

Last year was a couple quads. This year only 8 machines. All sxs. 16 of us.

Super low water. Picking spots to cross with ice/water was easy this year. Also, lack of snow made taking the bush trails back easy. The big holes were mostly frozen. It was the easiest nov8 trip we’ve had yet. Easier by 6-8hrs round trip.
The winds were sure insane this weekend.

Blown motor fixed. Down since Remembrance Day. First ride today. Chasing cars down the ditch west bound ditch by Gainford. Running like a tap now.
Cc Cycle and Barrhead is by far one of the best dealers I’ve had to deal with and I’ve dealt with to many.
If you need Cat or Polaris Service, they are definitely the place to go.

Middle crank bearing spun. Partly blocked the oil port. It told me I had low oil pressure only one time at idle. I Took it in. Everything tested fine. It was all in warranty told me I’m good to go. Lasted 250 more kilometres and then it was rattle rattle boom.
Most of the reason I chose this machine was legroom because I’m tall. Second choice was Yamaha motor. 100 hrs. 2500 km is all it lasted. Other than that it’s been bulletproof lol
