i used it for 5 min then watched it and after that when i turn it on it said tel on the screen and it wont let me do nothing else then it shuts down after few sec.

I called their help line about the upgrade and they were awesome...give them a call.

Try pulling the battery out then replacing it

mine came up with sos on the screen then wouldn't do anything pulled the battery out then everything worked ok
