Well, its back on for another season. Nice to see Tony needing Parker's help. I hope they all do good this year

You guys think behind closed doors Tony owns Parker. I know those guys run a very nasty monthly budget. The cost of operating is not cheap.

We are making the show more exciting. Increase the rating.

Parker's family appears to have money, I don't think Tony owns him.

Great season opener.
Just remember! Made for tv!
Think back last year when Parker supposudely had no water rights and then this year the water rights were given to Parker? Things that make you say, "HMMM".

Rick Ness new lease claim looks rough?
Equipment breakdowns are costly at the best of times but I think working in the bigger boulder and rock area will take its toll on their equipment.
Seemed to work that way for Tod Hoffman on a similiar claim.

I had to laugh when Parker told Tony "give me one good reason I shouldn't tell you to go F yourself". was nice to see the shoe on the other foot for a change.

an old German miner I met in Dawson City told me all the gold he mined had somehow turned into yellow iron. said he made more money in the end by leasing his claims.

Good buddy of mine was parkers mechanic a couple seasons ago, not very well liked and they kinda made him out to be a prick but there's a whole story we wont get into,
regardless there's a lot of stuff that happens behind the scenes, parker is getting close to 10k an episode from discovery (I am sure Tony and Rick are right there as well), great west equipment leases them equipment at a very reduced rate, and all the fuel they burn is "heating grade" that they get a pretty healthy break on as well, gold has to be over $1100/ an ounce USD to make it profitable.

If you or I could get a show and get these perks, we would. My show would be called, “Beer Rush”.

For the most part for the last several seasons you don’t see nuggets. Every one of those guys run nugget traps too. Makes a guy wonder.

Nope, Derek A, Carl was wrenching for Parker, ended up breaking his leg dirt biking and Derek went up to cover for him, Carl had worked for Derek in our area for a couple years, both awesome wrenches.
