Yes. Stock grind, but non-GM cam. Big expense was the lifters...I assume available from GM only. 8 were 123 bucks, the other 8 were 575 bucks. Ouch.

He says most come in much worse because people drive them. Said my cam was still lobe shaped, just pitted up from the lifter. Minimal shavings. Fingers are crossed. Appreciate the tip, Dude!

No worries at all! Hate seeing people getting raped at the stealers. They DID install a new cam tho, right?

As this thread was started re the AFM, let me know which unit you choose to disable the AFM...

I and my Father in Law still want to, I am still leaning towards waiting until the warranty is over...
