glacier house snow conditions?

Anybody been up to glacire house and know if you can ride from cabins to mtn areas?

I have a cabin booked in late march and only want to go if you can ride from cabins. If I can't then I don't think its worth paying the extra money to still have to truck it to ride.

I have friends that flying in and are going to rent but I don't want them to spend a pile for crap conditions.

!5 days are you shitting me. if they wont let you cancel then just keep phoning in and delay your check in time over the days you were supposed to be there. that way if they put it on your card at least you tie up the room and they cant rerent it.

Snow is great on the Mountain, with the trail stil being there right from the resort. I stayed last weekend and the riding was great, even got to try a new 2011 Polaris the owners arranged for me. 15 Days cancellation is pretty normal for a destination place like this, as they do not overbook like other hotels would, and you end of staying in some crappy place in town.
I think you should be Ok to ride from the lodge, as it is supposed to snow next week a bit. Worse case scenario you might have to trailer 1 km up or so.

15 days is insane. and i have NEVER got dumped from a hotel when confirming with a card. Trail maybe there up to frisby but streeter street over to boulder must be sketchy at best..

We stayed at Glacier House Feb 21-23...didn't use the connector to Boulder cuz it was dirt and rock, trailered to the lot. You could ride from the cabins to Frisby though, that trail was ok. The Boulder parking lot was mud, poor snow for a bit up the trail. There is a post saying they are plowing to the 4km parking lot next week, no more main lot. Snow up top was good. We're there tomorrow again for a few days too.

............at this point Streeter St. is closed and it is recommended that you do not ride it. Things might change, but conditions of the lower trails aren`t the way they usually are around here at this time for sure.
