Fred if you read the bill they actually increased the hours. The water thing is all blown out of proportion. In the new legislation a Biden or Trump campaign person cannot hand water to people in line or be within 150 ft of the people in line. Election poll officials can however hand out water to people in line. Election poll officials are neutral and will not try to sway your pre vote opinion while they do it. Take the time to google the bill and read it. Its worth the time and enlightening to read to see all the fake news on this bill.
