Seen your sled there the other day. Looked great. I have him extending my deck. He does nice workSo I just got my sled back from TR Fabrication. Had my 165" tunnel cut to 154. Removed 5". Purchased the Expert 165 rear grab bar, snow guard and snow flap. I'm pleased with how it turned out.View attachment 245391View attachment 245396View attachment 245397
He was looking at my Denali sled deck and had mentioned he was extending a sled deck similar to mine. Denali sled decks get slammed... but mine has been great and has plenty of upgrades.Seen your sled there the other day. Looked great. I have him extending my deck. He does nice work

Yup!well Neil, as usual you fawkin nailed it!
Lots of work real nice looking job you did. Creative thinking hanging sled upside down
I wonder if my SmithGrade rear bumper would fit if I knocked off 5"
I think it does, maybe its in my head?Does it really make that much difference to how the sled acts in the snow?
Absolutely, it makes it much easier to do re-entries, bowties and mainly Hop overs. You don't realize how much the tunnel acts as a big wheelie bar till you try a sled with a short tunnel!Does it really make that much difference to how the sled acts in the snow?
