I have a GARAGE GUY heater in my 20x22. Got it from work CHEEP when they screwed up and ordered fired heaters for a classified building ( gotta love purchasers) It's a tad over sized 97000 btu, good for 2200sf. But it only added $20 a month to my gas bill and will heat the garage from 10-25 in about 3 min. Normally leave it around 10-15 deg for the dogs Had a 220v. Shop heater last winter and it set at 5 deg added $100-150 a month to my power bill.
I vented it straight out the wall with b-vent and its on a switch for power
For mounting it I ran 2 2x6's up the front and back sandwiching the roof trusses and lag bolted the heater, it ain't coming down with out a fight

Just installed one a few weeks ago for a buddy, works good. Ask P/A for the last sale price and unless the person is having a bad day they will sell it to you for that price!
