G4 approach angle

and what problem is that?
The sled handles well has good power and flat out works. Low approach angles have their own problems. probably outweigh the problems of a higher attack angle..

Handling and power have nothing to do with attack angle. Once you ride a sled that has a gentle attack angle you notice right away that it gets on top the snow so much better without needing power to do so. I understand that a steep angle allows for the track to contact farther forward and that can take weight off the skis and put more track on the ground so if these are your goals, great. Cat has accomplished the best of both worlds and Skidoo could too.

it wont have any ski pressure. i will quite enjoy it

Eat sheet Dikwell. That's incorrect information. Cats approach angle is the lowest of all sleds and it absolutely annihilates any size track 850 Doo. Not good for technical? Fk your dumb.
How's the ski pressure on that useless 850 154 you bought?rotflmao

Aside from your guys little war does the steeper angle not make initiating side hill or turns easier?
You will plough more and trench more on takeoff but forces track to dig deeper keeping you into the hill deeper.

Shallow attach angle will just require you to position feet a bit further back and a couple air shock adjustments.
Weight boards a bit further back to help the shallow angle dig in.
The shallow angle should have a wee advantage other areas.

Carry on with the G4 war.

Stick a K-mod under it, and your attack angle problems are solved. Not to mention with the coupling design you can switch it up for whatever terrain you're riding.

You will be amazed how well the cat sidehills.

Doesn't wash out at all.

I am not a suspension scientist but.

Ski pressure is a function of the weight that the center shock carries.

Ski lift is a combo of things but on the doo it's seem that the rear shock collapses easily.
