The only hassle I ever got was from loser "cold lake air weapons range patrol" up on site working for Cenovus. I had the deck on year round last year for hauling my jet ski.Looks good, no hassles for the green marker lights?
Should of got an MLine. LolHate to argue with you because I love my full lotus and would buy another in a heart beat but I actually "use" mine and it requires repairs(welding) every off season whether it is the rungs on the ramp or the deck base and how the legs mount

Both very good decks, I have an MLine for 2 years now and love it. In the end you get what you pay for.

they crack, two I know of for sure, after one season. You guys can argue back and forth for days but if you want a super quality product then the Full Lotus deck is it, it is basically overbuilt and all the aluminum and custom extrusions is where the cost comes from. due to the design it will not flex under load so it will not crack. And about the ramp, i'll say one thing, ITS HEAVY but the reason its heavy again is its built crazy strong, ive seen lots of deck ramps flex like mad under load but you could probably drive a 3/4 truck half way up the ramp and it wouldnt flex. Basically you pay for quality period!
best built decks, jet craft and MLine.I agree, you get what you pay for , my deck is a Jet-Craft , bought it in 1997, use it every year usually for quads in summer , sleds in winter, have replace the plywood 2 times, changed from 8 ft to 12 ft ramps in 2008, changed to the little LED marker lights a few years ago, lots of room under for gas cans and coolers, awesome ramps easy for one guy , had the bar that you hook ramp on crack about 6 or 7 years ago and one side slide out support split in 2013, stopped in at Jetcraft , fixed both times , no questions no charge. not really a bash but I kinda don't get why some builders make the deck so obvious, big side bar rails and big round bar headache rack , sorta makes them look amateurish and doesn't really promote clean lines or make it look like part of the truck. I haven't powder coated mine yet , but I might, have had it polished twice and it's kind of a pain to keep it sparkling, plus I'm sorta lazy. Nick is only building a few the last couple years so you have to let him know in advance if you want one and what features you need on it. Great decks IMO.
I have a cheapo LPI aluminum deck that I bought in 2002 for $1700 new with two clamps and have never done a reweld yet however the rap rungs are starting to crack but still good for many years yet. Haul odd quad in summer and 5-8 trips a winter to mountain and another 4-6 trips to farm. And not selling either. New plywood last year - good for another 13 years! And my deck has an aluminum ladder up the side to get on, to old to jump. Definatly got what I paid for.Should of got an MLine. Lol

truth. I know of two full lotus decks with repairs just after a years use. nice deck for sure but they are not a MLine or Jetcraft

i had a choice of decks to supply. i chose MLine. could have carried numerous others with better margins. FWIW

At $4500+ a deck someone is makin some coin. And not comparing to my 13 year old price either.
No fault it's just the recreation business.
Your blaming the new owners and overhead????? Cone-on, just do the math....last year 9% dollar.....today 35% dollar....26% increase on the CDN dollar. $3500 plus 26% = $4410....allow a small price increase of 2 or 3% and its over $4500....just guessing the price increase is not due to vendor gouging....its our week ass dollar...get used to it, cuz I think its going to be this way (or worse) for the next few years.
what dimension did you live in last year where the dollar was only 9% lol, was 25% last summer when I was in Seattle, was 30% this summer when I was in New York
His post was from 2015....
