Front skid shock bolt hole

She gone, bolt come out or some chit

Was loctited and tightened to spec

Have 5 rides on it since big spring put in


Anyone ever had it happen??

Heli coil??

Drill it through and make it a bolt with nut

It pulled the threads out?

Shuswap Extreme would probably have the best answer.

I assume either the bolt wobbled and took them out or they pulled out

What did you do to fix it?
Made a double bushing, Drilled out the hole and rail, bolt, lock nut, and a made tapered plate

Pounded it yesterday on the trail up and down, going to check it over today

Steering still is mehh, been on doo since 04 Rev lol


Powers good, pops outa the snow good

Lots of engineering chit junk, list of chit that sucks having to do ect, like tightness of the piramid frame bolts is gay azz, doo never backed off, as example


I'm getting there, still not comfortable to pound trees full out like the t3174, Mabe I made a bad choice, but dealer here all ready called wanting Vin and km to order new rail so that's cool

Carnage on the front, same exact thing happened to me today. Riding this pogo stick 30 miles out cowboy style with no front shock was a real blast though hahah

You should try specialty motorsports forward post. Makes the alpha steer great like a skidoo you’ll feel right at home. I did when I tried it

I'm getting used to it now lol

The post forward kit is more prone to breaking off at steering to chassis mount if it's worked over lol

That's why I haven't done it yet
