I drove about a switchback past the tower, the road is pretty gnar, apparently cat lake is the only way right now, Squamish Mills has a bridge out.

So I guess sled deck and truck is the only way that far up? No trailer would make it? Awesome pics too!! by the way!

I recommend staying on the south facing slope of the upper ridge that looks down over Howe Sound, it should be fairly rock free there. Its almost entirely soil based.
