First Ride of the Season - Oct 3rd, a new record!!!!!!

1st day on Brohm, friggen Oct 3rd!!!!! Killer snowpack, should be gravy fom here! There was about 4 feet up top, it got fairly warm which should make for a great base. I think the earliest I'd ever ridden before was around Oct 15th back 1999/2000, Oct 3rd is definitely a new personal record for me. Shaping up to be a great start to the season.

How far up Brohm did u have to drive to get to snow? I would like to go saturday if conditions are stilll ok!

I drove about a switchback past the tower, the road is pretty gnar, apparently cat lake is the only way right now, Squamish Mills has a bridge out.

Yeah, its out of Squamish, its a great early season zone, I've been out there a bunch in the summer and there is a lot of areas that don't have any rocks, its mostly heather and soil based, so its fairly safe if you know where to go. Its one of 30 great zones we have here in the Sea-to-Sky corridor, there is fantastic riding for sure. Check out Fourcast 3, its mostly filmed around here.
