All cloud seeding does is start the storm a lil early to prevent damage. They cant go make a rain cloud with a plane. Im looking up at the sky. No clouds just smoke. They cant go up and make a rain cloud.

We unloaded some equipment at Two Creeks last night. Apparently they got 40 cats working just north of there and the fire jumped their line. Getting awful close to town!

Didnt watch a second of it too busy. Too busy for this aswell.Maybe its possible to modify weather with harp or something like that, who knows? Not you . Thats not the technology the locals have at thier desposal though. I know about cloud seeding. But like i said they need a cloud...
