22.2lbs ready to ride abs 30 litre.

Got to be good for the back!

And he is probably just a better rider bahaha. I wear one of those packs, and typically out climb the guys with me. Just saying. Thanks for the weighing that pack though...i knew it was heavy but ya that can't be good. I always strap mine high, and tight onto my shoulders.

I had a BCA Float 36 and it was big! Sure I carried lots of safety gear in that mother but it was just too big for my body…...

I now have an ABS Vario with the 15 liter bag. Seems just right for the safety gear but the Muff-Pot is a little tight…...

I'm pretty sure they are all at least an extra 15# ready to ride…..

i have found that those cylinders are so small that i get more air put in and carry an extra cylinder with the same, lightens up the load considerably:)

I ride with the float 18 pack. its super light and still lots of room for the gear I bring along. I also strap it as high as I can on my shoulders just to make it feel that much lighter. im totally happy with the bag!!

Agreed, I have the same and think its great, holds everything you'd need. Some may think its a bit small but I don't want that much weight on my back anyway.
