Hey fnDan,

FSA Meeting minutes are not available online to members yet BUT we would like to encourage everyone to attend the meetings to contribute their opinions and ideas. So much so, in fact, that starting at the November 17th, 2016 meeting we will do doing draw prizes to encourage participation.

Just a reminder that grooming is scheduled to start December 2nd weather and conditions permitting. Grooming schedule is tentatively set to be same as last year on Thursday and Saturday nights with additional grooms as traffic and funds permit. BCSF annual membership has been increased to $120 per year, trailhead day pass is $25 for Coal Creek and Morrissey, $20 at Hartley. BCSF memberships can be bought online or at trailhead kiosks.

Hope to see you at the next meeting!

I renewed my membership as soon as I got the email notification and at that time it still showed $80. Let me know how I should pay the difference.

I had both Revy and Sicamous passes for a few years. Neither would discount the BCSF portion last year regardless which one I purchased first. It's not just a Fernie issue.

You didn't find the right person to sell the second pass. You are only a member of the BSCF once (or at least once a year) and you need the proper paper work (the paper form from the booklet of the original seller). I have belonged to 4 clubs at one time and got the reduction at the remaining three.

Nope neither one offers the discount, both clubs voted to not do the 5 buck discount
Probably because it's such a PITA for the clubs to deal with. BCSF needs to make this much easier.
That's some of it yes, and also the 5 bucks less bank roll

Geoff, the topic was about two memberships and the BCSF portion of the second membership ($26+ for a second BCSF membership) that doesn't have to be paid. In other words, buy a Sicamous membership and a Revy membership and which ever one is the second one it gets discounted by $26 and change.

Yup, what he said. It's not about the 5 bucks off on a day pass.

Ok so I got the email notification for my auto renewal from BCSF. It was only for $80. This was back in the end of September. It says I'm an active valid member, but I haven't received my package in the mail yet?? What does it mean?? Am I a member still good to go or do I have to pay the extra $40? How do I go about doing that than if so.
Thanx

We renewed our memberships on-line at the beginning of September and our membership package came in the mail last week. On the $80, no comment but you got a good deal!
