We have all been there done that! It can always be comical if one looks at it in a positive note. Stuck twice within 30' and maybe this dude is thinking a 165 would be the ticket when the snow is 3m deep and uphill with 30-40 of fresh sitting on top......

I guess you might be right. Haha..thanks again for the tour doug. Goes to show how much is out there that hasn't been touched this year

And pretty much all of what we rode was within 2-3 km of the cabin. I'm sure some of that pow hadn't been touched this year. It was great riding with you once again. Enjoy Disney with the family.

Yes, you have to hunt and really know the secret spots. It definitely needs a reload.

Road Coal Creek today. At least the trail is in super shape. FSA is really doing a bang up job this year.

Sure could use a reload though, couldn't find a single meadow that wasn't tracked up. Even the open slopes have been all used up.

Sparwood got 4-6" overnight and Fernie got maybe 1 inch. but now it snowing like crazy again in Sparwood. I'm going out in the morning so will update when I get home

Rode from Morrisey on Saturday and Corbin on Sunday. Thanks Fernie club for all that you do. No complaints on trails, parking, or fees. Snow was all that was needed for a couple novices. Found enough fresh to play, practice, and improve our skills in.

Did the snow get heavy out there with the warm weather or is still a little fluffy? Got heavy up the valley but not sure how high the warm temps went.
