snow in flathead/ram/cabin was super deep and really stable we didn't even see any sluffing pinwheeling or cracking anywhere back there it was really nice plus 3 feet of blower powder and zero people around makes for an awesome weekend

How was the avalanche at km 55? We were the first ones through a couple of weeks ago, had to shovel a lot of rock hard snow.

if your reffering to the 55 km mark up lodgepole and Harvey road they had it plowed out by the grader still a ton of overhang on those areas and was definitely nerve racking driving three straight piped diesels through there and hauling large trailers.

I was referring to the Ram Creek/Wigwam road. We parked at the Y at Km 25 of Lodgepole and rode in from the northwest side. Big a$$ wet slide across the road...same place as two years ago.

Were here today. Went riding west of town today. Must've gotten really hot up there, it was really icy up top. Would like to find some better snow for tomorrow. If anyone knows of anything out there around fernie let us know.

Snows good..... rain....not so much. We got absolutely soaked on Fri/Sat. My gear is still drying out. Some areas getting thin on access, but otherwise still some decent areas to be had.
