1) We took note of the steering rods and we will include the steering rods in the future.
2)The upper inside arm ball joint surface finish will be improved, we are now using a reamer instead of an end mill. We are getting a much smoother surface and better finish.

I some how ended up with a set of each the bpower, zbroz and trenchers on each of my sleds. The bpower and trenchers booth seem more HD then the zbroz to me. I don't have as much time on the trenchers as the others but they seem really good lots of adjustability and handle good. I really like my bpower they have taken some really hard impacts and have lots of miles on them and they have held up really well. personally I like the stock length shocks with the 36" I like how it sits and reacts really quick I improvement overstock

Installed the B-pwr 36” extreme a arm kit and have 2 rides on it so far. Kit is well built and install was fairly basic, little bit of a tough time pressing in the upper left a arm ball joint but that’s minor. This made the sled even more nimble and I really like how it handles. Lifted the front a bit more but not super noticable. All in all it was a great upgrade.

I can absolutely say I'm completely happy with the Trenchers Kit, Pretty much a full season on it now and it handles so much better than my wife's factory setup in her SKS, going back to hers takes noticeably more effort to ride.

Even better is, these things are TOUGH. Smacked a rock hard on the weekend. Bent both the upper and lower ball joints, bent the bolt going through the upper joint and also tweaked the upper ball joint bushing. They took all the damage, Arms are completely straight, bulkhead is fine. Even still rideable until the parts get here, ordered 2 sets of everything just to have an extra set on hand. I'm sure this would have cost me at least a lower arm and a shock with factory arms, possibly an upper arm as well. This kit is designed VERY well, bent right where it was designed to and cost me under $80. Thank You Trenchers!

I am also happy with my set. I think my only complaint would be I wish the hardware was painted or coated so it didn’t rust.

I have been spraying mine with wd40 after each trip to displace the water.

Question...does the trenchers or b-pwr 36” front end feel the same as a 19 axys with stock 36” front end? I know on my 13 pro rmk I put a 36” alt imp front end but didn’t completely feel great. Just curious..looking to get a used axys possibly for my son and wanted a 36” front end.

Looks like they've addressed that issue as well, the new upper joint bolt I ordered is now stainless, And they've got fast service, ordered parts Saturday evening, showed up at noon today!

Cant speak for the 19 Pro but i really like the BPwr 36" kit. Completely took out a spindle on last ride ... left ski 16' behind the sled and no damage to A arms, shocks or bulkhead!

Installed Trenchers 36" on my 2011 pro. Some comments below.

1- I love how it handles

2- Stock shocks (yes they are >17" long) worked just fine. no noticeable performance issues what-so-ever, but;
** the stock lower shock mount bolt is LARGER diameter than the one that comes with the kit.
To make the kit work you will have to order a set of lower aluminum shock bushings (4 x $4) from a 2013+ model RMK pro/axys
and swap them with your old aluminum bushings.

3- Pro RMK sway bar does NOT work. The angle on the brackets was too severe.. When I put the sled down off the stand it broke one of my brackets.
I just took it completely off and rode without. I had not used a sway bar in years so I really didn't matter to me.
To keep the sway bar you need an axys sway bar.

My opinion on a 2011/12 pro with Trenchers 36" and NO sway bar is that it's pretty good. I had no issues on the trail. Was it as stable.. no, but I didn't expect it to be. Was it fun in the trees? YES.. it sure was.

My 2 cents.

Sorry, I have never ridden an Axys so I cant tell you.

Having ridden a Pro with a narrow front end I would say no, it is not like going to the Axys, especially a narrow stance Axys.

So is it better to have replaceable ends rather than the press in joints? Also do you have to use the Trencher ends or can you source them from someone like Resource purchasing?

Well the ends are cheaper and you can replace them on the hill... Not many I know of pack a press in their pack.

You wouldn't need to replace the press in joint, maybe only the bolt that holds it.

Ya true that. Wasn;t thinking. BUt the Heim joint on the Trenchers IS the weak link. Not the arm itself. This design has been proven in the past On Doo's with Alternative Impact's A arms. Granted, you smoke a tree with the arm itself, bets off. But when you tag someting with the ski/spindle. Which is the majority of the a arm breakage caused by. The Heim of the Trenchers will bend/break easier than the rest. ANd its much easier and cheaper to change.
Again, this design has been proven years ago. Why don't OEM do it?? Well they in the market to make money. So sell you a $250 arm or a $25 heim??

Sorry to resurrect an old thread...but search showed nothing on any site...new BPWR front end 36ex install on 2017 Axys...having issues with lower control arm hitting spindle on front side, not going full stop to the stock stops on backside of spindle....reduced turn radius and extra load on steering stem in counter-steer...anyone else run into this?...by the looks of things I have to auger out the front of spindle??...am I missing something??
