if you have been watching at all you would know we suck every day this year. even the games that we won we sucked at. one good thing is that with the esks this bad the oilers will have to be better. right?????

What a great game!!! I only got to watch the last 10mins and into OT!! Awesome! When I turned it on we were down. A few points but that didn't stop the green team!! What and excellent game!!!! Go Riders Go!!

Unfortunately I'm a BC Lions fans. All the talent in the world but can never do anything with it.

I do have to say though that I'm more of an NFL fan. Just higher quality football and 4 downs. I've been a Dallas Cowboys fan for as long as I can remember.

Kinda like comparing the NHL to the AHL. Good entertaining hockey in the AHL but definately higher quality in the NHL.

Looks like a pretty quiet sold out Taylor Field. Haven't seen it like that in a while.

You bet everyone looks pissed off!! When the game was over and everyone was clearing out it was sooo quiet you would never know that there was thousands of peeps around!!

I have made 2 home games this year and I live 15 hours away!! Now thats rider pride baby!!!

This is exactly it. The NFL has guys like Drew Brees, Demarcus Ware and Chris Johnson. I mean, as good as Anthony Calvillo, Arland Bruce and Baron Miles are, they would still be below average NFL players (likely struggling to make most practice squads besides the Detroit Lions). I'm not saying the CFL isn't entertaining, but the NFL has players like Tony Romo and Miles Austin hooking up for plays every game that prove the quality is that much higher. As a fan of the sport of football, I also appreciate a good defensive game and the 4 downs actually provides lower scoring, back and forth play with fewer hail mary plays.

That said, I'm also a big Dallas Cowboys fan and they keep pissing me off this year too. How on earth do they lose to Tennessee of all teams? There's just no winning for me this year with the 5-9 Lions and the 1-3 Cowboys. How embarrassing.
