exhaust springs breaking

Hi there i have a 2009 summit 800 everest, and i put on a crankshop y pipe and pipe about 400km ago. I have had 2 springs break between the ypipe and pipe and the other two have actually worn into the hooks on the y pipe and are halfway through the metal. Has anyone else had this problem on there sled?

after you put the new springs on coat the springs on both sides with high temp silicone it will stop the springs from viberating

Had the same problem, did not matter what I did they would sit wear out the tabs or break. Turned out that my crank was way out and viberating the whole sled way too much. So I would check you crank run out too.

from what i've seen all aftermarket pipes wear throught the spring perches....
