Does anyone else have a problem with snow build up inside there panels on the exhaust side. I find it is coming up through the running boards and past the chaincase into the side panels. Anyone build anything to stop this from happening, my cooker is not even warming up it is so bad.

Mine was plugged all weekend too . Also noticed that half the snow was scooping in through the vent that's right above the can . Is there a frogskin cover made for t?

I don't usually have this problem but did on the weekend. I thought most of it came through the top vent but it may have come off my boards since I was kicking them pretty good.

I already ditched 33lbs, I have room to spare the cooker;)

i see it as a problem every weekend for me nearly, biggest thing is you have to leave room to pull the chain case cover. What was ferniesnow using to make his own screen kit

Vent just above muffler I just used a heavy mosquito screen material , cut to size then applied a tacky glue to both screen an panel then tacked screen down. Really help keep snow out. Has to melt to go through screen.

Pet screen, go look at the window screen area of Home Depot. The roll will last you for years.

I get a real fine mesh from fabric land that's like frog skin. It's super cheap and is pretty tough I have a real hard time ripping it. I glued that on the under side of that vent.

Aerocharger has a block off plate for that area because they place their intake just above the footwell on the right side. I can't comment on its effectiveness because I don't have one installed on my sled.
