Went to the track in Calgary today....
Wasn't told I was not allowed on the Pro track.
Saw a few people over there and decided I was going to go over there and practice.
Did a few solid fast laps... Hit a cross rut and accidently down shifted half way up the face of the "over under" section...
Lets just say the rest of my season is done due to broken ankle, broken toes, cartilage damage where my ribs meet my spine, stiff neck and a broken hand.

Got up after I crashed, adrenaline was pumping and rode for like 2 hours after my crash, didn't start feeling the pain until I got home and had a shower.

That's pretty sucky bro. Atleast it happened now and not in June. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Only thing wrong with the bike is my left grip ripped off, my left foot peg is banana'd up and missing a piece. Cheap and easy fixes.

And I will be all good to go hunting mid next month says the doctor.

Your young, you'll heal fast and be back at it....... Wait till your 40's and try it, long long time to recover.
