After running a sled deck for awhile I'm looking to get into an enclosed 3 place trailer to pull behind my half ton sierra. What and where can I get a trailer that's the best bang for the buck? I'm located in edmonton, but I'll go anywhere to pick up the right trailer. As far as size goes I'm assuming all I'd need for a 3 place is a 20' total length (including the v). It's going to have 2 sleds in it most of the time but I'd like the option of 3 if I have to. I've been searching for about a week and it doesn't seem like too many dealers stock 3 place trailers, but lots of 4 place+. If anyone can help me out, show me their 3 place set up, recommend brands, etc it would be appreciated.

thanks

I have a Mirage xtreme sport ( they have a bad name around here but it hasnt let me down ) i think its overall interior is 20 or 21. you can squeeze 3 sleds in it but theres not much room for gear. if i was to do it again i would buy a 28 foot like my buddies ( second picture ) for a half ton chev i would recommend looking at aluminum frames for ease of pulling, depedning on your budget. i always have pulled with diesels without an issue.

Best bang for your buck.

We we picked up a used 2013 20x8.5 car hauler for 7500 bucks two years ago. Sure it's not flipped axles/over deck for hauling up logging roads or deep snow but it's also not way up in the air for cross winds either.

Might not not look as cool but sure a cheap way to get the sleds to and from the mountains with no salt on them.

Ive got a trailswest rpm 3 place with all the accessories, good little trailer. Towed it behind my titan and now my sierra 1500 with ease.

Make sure you really think about how many times you will go with 3. We used to use one of our 20' enclosed and were always hauling 3 up. Gets very tight in the trailer and no room for anything but sleds. Since I bought my 4 place, the 20' sits at home.
