Lots of free random camping in the area. Be early if you want to camp at the staging area.

Whats the trail like on this rally?
Is it similiar to Robb? More challenging/less challenging?

Much less challanging

I would say yes, if the rider can hold his or her own.:bike:
There are few spots that could be a challenge if it is wet - which it likely is this year.
Overall, the area & trail offers a great mix of terrain & the club has done a lot of work to improve the trails. :th_quad:
That is what they hold this fundraiser for.

Hey just wondering if anyone knows if the is a bypass for the large hill you have to go down about three quarters through the rally. I don't mind it but my father inlaw is thinking about comming out but he is fairly new to quading and isn't a big hill fan so he is worried if he comes he won't want to go down that hill. Any input would be great.

Thanks

I can find out if they are even haveing that big hill on the circuit this year. I did not really fancy going down it either, or up for that matter.Kinda surprised they even put it in the rally.

Is this trail sxs wide or quad narrow. My machine is 68" (teryx with suspension kit) and if it is a club trail I don't want to be wrecking someone else's hard work.
Thanks

I would think you should be fine, might be the odd tight spot but for the most part I remember the trails to be fairly open.

Well your father in law doesn't have to worry about going down that really big hill, he has to go UP it. Just found out it is in the rally and there is no way around it. So it is up to you guys now. Sorry. I guess my dog will have to walk up.lol

Fairly steep and long but not rutted at all, organizers rode up it a while back with their kids on back and no problem. With a photo it is hard to judge the size, but i don't have a pick. We had an absolute beginner with us last year and I just told her what to do and the machine did all the work, but we were going down.
Up takes a little more skill.
You could always ride it up for her and get a little exercise in the process.lol The rest of the trail is easy.

Trust me, the hill in question looks worse than it actually is.
I was just up it 2wks ago with a kid on the back. Actually, a buch of us doubled up the thing.
If you are scared, it is not so long that you couldn't walk up & ask someone to ride your machine up it. The veiw to the West from the top is worth the hike anyways....:mountainClimb:
