How about getting whatever permits are required so that vendors like ourselves can bring in a keg in the afternoon and quench the thirsts of our clientele. I have been to a trade show in Utah (extremely conservative alcohol state) like that and it was great. If we could make it more festive for people that are attending by having vendors like us provide beer and perhaps some entertainment (music, etc) I think it would go a long way in providing an overall experience.

Welp, pull the trigger on somethin' so we can book in. Locker room is fine, and that bar next door has a dance floor that is AWESOME for break dancing!

....and we only have to stumble across the parking lot to get to our rooms.

What hotels, motels are close to the sled show? I'm not familiar with Edmonton, so I don't know. I don't want an expensive room; means more money to spend at the show. Thanks
