Not sure where or how far up the drive is to snow, and if it runs out of snow on the way over

I think the trail over is pretty thin on snow, the cutblock barely had any in it and it's same elevation as the owl - blue trail.

i was told you gotta drive to around 21/22ish. I've been watching the yamacam for Boulder and it's still pretty thin there. Wouldn't expect much more in sicamous.

Does anyone remember roughly what elivation the skyline runs at? I've got 4500ish in my head but can't remember? And has anyone heard much about the bridges being removed. Talked to gord at the sled show and supposedly they ripped out the yellow bridge?

Not sure 100 % but 4500 ish feet would be about right

Yes the bridge is gone on Skyline 1 km from owlshead fsr, and pretty much impassable till lots of snow or Creek freezes and fills in

Went for little ride into Blue today ! Earliest Ive ever ridden ! There is a decent base - 3 1/2 ft ! Not much fresh lately but just had to get rid of the itch ! Made some tracks through the cutblocks off to the right of the main trail before you get to the cabin - even managed to get stuck trying to maneuver through a treed area - guess my one stuck for the season is done ! lol Made our way to the cabin - then up top past the cabin ! Its a great start to the season !

I think You guys are talking about the sicamous side of the wash out I'm thinking? I know two mile cr hasn't been passable since the flood. I'm talking about the bridge for the Morton lake run off. Owl head cr I think it's called? Yellow bridge with a gate on the south side. I always ride from the where we stay over by 6 mile and come across the skyline and up the T

The start of the snow up the skyline was even higher than last time. We went up to clearing on the back way to the owlhead cabin and there was only six inches of snow. Still summer toy weather until about 5000 ft or more. Where the bridge was removed the water level to cross was still fairly high. The right seat of the side by side was full of leafs again and the bridge on the lower trail is getting screwed up. The little honda was even kicking the logs around. One day I wish we would get enuff snow down low to sled up it. Got FM in the side by side most of the trip.
