Was my first time in Eagles. 60+ sleds in there. Lots of tracks but still had a great time. Only went upto cabin. Could use some fresh.

Rode Eagles Thursday and the parking lot was full which was surprising for a non holiday week day but then again it was the first sunny day we've had out here in a while, the snow was pretty decent and lots of untouched but I doubt with the good viz and the amount of riders out here there's a whole lot left untouched, we could defiantly use a reload, friends of mine were snowbiking up queest the same day and said it was good in the trees and windswept in the more open areas, they also need snow. but hey with the sun shining its a great time to get out for a tour around and find some new areas to ride!... Looks like we should be getting that reload this week!:D

Theres a cabin at Eagles? Carl never showed it to us. Most zones I've rode there I probably would never find again. Only tracks we've seen the 3 times been there with him have been on the trail to where you dropped off a steep grade down through the trees. Crazy nice terrain.

The last demo ride I was on in Eagles (that would have been for the 2013's, the year I had to buy two sleds!!), we were close to the cabin. Carl was telling us about the story of someone stealing the stove.

That was a costly snowcheck for you Doug! Loved taking you on the demo rides. You always made me look like a rock star at snowcheck time. HaHa!

Yep and last week it was pretty darn good. Rode bumper plus for 4 days despite someone trying to tell us it was tracked out. Eagles is never tracked out if you know where to go.
Who said it was tracked out lol

Rode eagles today as well. Easily accessible areas were tracked. Didn't go to far north-east of the cabin and found a whole playground untouched. Went back to the spot were I had to spend a night in April 2018 and found an easy way out. Cured my PTSD for that specific spot Going up trail was freshly groomed. Down was another story...

We showed 2 guys around on New Year’s Eve that we met in the parking that morning. Just nice guys we’ve ran into a few times at the the cabin so decided to buddy up. They had always ridden the lakes and trees around the cabin, to them that was eagles. We showed them the connection to teapot lake and around to Turtle. It’s amazing how many guys don’t know the full extent! Eagles is the largest riding area in BC except maybe Renshaw, if you add in the riding in Turtle.

It absolutely amazed me one time in the spring when we got in there and did the loop to boulder out turtle. 200 and some km and we never really played anywhere just exploring and sticking waypoints in the gps. Huge zone

You will not be disappointed. The only drawback, is the desire to keep going back lol
It's just so fricken far. 11 or 12 hours every time we've gone to pemby or Whistler with just a pickup. Pulling out the enclosed would have to book a week to make it worthwhile.

Was at Blue Lake today. There was some powder, but you had to look for it. Was pretty tracked out. Made our way to some of the old logged out areas and it was all untouched. But crusty surface and pretty crusty below as well. Would be a good place to bring your 6 year old and their kitty Kat 120 that’s for sure.
I would recommend waiting for a decent dumping before aemding
your friends there to ride.

Rode Owls yesterday over Skinny's to Super bowl and Morton lake very windy and a hard layer in the open area's little bit of snow down towards the lake but only a few inches with a hard pack under it. Tried the meadows off the trail in and fair at best and tracked up pretty good. We need SNOW!!!!
