Just ghost ride your sled down and meet it at the bottom....totally looks doable on that hill

Similar to mountain bike shuttling, one dude always has to bring the truck back down or what we do is 4 guys sled in, two sleds head up with four on them, ski down then the group doubles up again to retrieve the sleds and the cycle continues.

Our buddy made a ridgid tow hitch to pull a driverless sled down. Take a belt off and one extra guy skis.
