dirt bike motor question

i have a 2012 kx450f motor in a kfx frame, im using all of the original harness form the dirt bike. it fires up with one kick runs perfect for 5 seconds then automatically shuts herself off. it does the same thing with and with out a programmer. i have the power commander 5. i tryed the stock dirt bike fuel tank and the quad tanks to see if there a difference with the pumps but no luck same thing happens 5 seconds shuts off.
