Gas don't have nearly the power of a diesel.

if you spend 10g on a gasser to make both engines worth approx the same amount of money, as you pay 10g more for a diesel, your gettin pretty close, diesel will have bigger torque numbers but gas will run pretty close hp numbers. that and how much power do you really need for grocery getter.

We ran out of Dyed diesel a day ago and are about to run out of clear as well. I know petro has got some clear for a bit as well as ufa. But they are not running their bulk trucks and not serving any new customers.... I'm glad I drive a gas jobber :) and the price of gas is falling as quick as the diesel is rising.

So sell the diesel and get a gas job if you are so worried about the costs of all this maintenance. Not a complicated problem.

The maintance isn't my point. But thanks for reading it :) My point is that it is a crude fuel that we are getting phucked over to purchase. If Canada had more pumps that would offer 3 different grades of diesel like gas, then I wouldn't have anything to say. I run premium gas in all the toys including my mower, I'll wine a bit at the pump. But no matter what the price is..... I'm getting it!

Last week Co-op had my card lock set at 600L a day. Now it's been cut down to 300L. Atleast the pumps are still working :):)
same thing at my company, cut back the liters and this evening when i went to fuel up a couple of the pumps weren't working, had to run to a different cardlock to fuel up.

Cheater :) I don't have that option. Just one card to go around
yeah, the look on the guy's face fueling up beside me when I pulled out another card and topped up was less than pleasant....lol. might have been the skating rink we were driving on too....not sure.
