I think there was a reason they quit producing them. Thought polaris was the only one that tried it.

cant find anything from Whitbread on here,Echo cycle has a new 2013 was just wondering if their any good.Seems like a lot of them are in Germany.

Only thing I fond on polaris is a 1999 with500cc I did,nt even know polaris made one

I guesse they do or at least in 2013 just not sure if they were any good.I was going to buy a new grizzley but interested in a diesel

need some thing for heavy work that's why I was going for the grizz but then I seen the diesel

If you want to work it get an 850xp, it will walk circles around a grizz all day long....
The diesel well it sounds like a neat idea really has no advantage that I can see....

Or if you want a true work quad a Honda Rubicon or Foreman 500.

Only advantage for a diesel quad would be out in the bush somewhere where everything is diesel, no gas available.

If he wants a diesel i would guess he wants to pull something heavy,,,,,,,,,,,which would count out all the underpowered 3 wheel drive hondas to start with.....

Obviously you have never owned a foreman.

Drum brakes ,3 wheel drive and gutless........what did i miss...lol My Brigs and stratten lawnmover runs forever too, but no really cares anyways.......
Ive owned a few hondas,have you owned an xp ? MY GUESS IS NO.

Back on topic,any of the big bores will work well in all conditions.With out the hassle of a diesel i would think.....What are you doing with it...???

I remember the polaris diesel quads wouldn't start in the cold very well. local seismic outfit bought a bunch of them, turfed them the next season

I have a rubicon trail addition and its a womans machine under powered gas hog not even in the same league as the honda 420.

Yes I have. Got stuck behind one of those stinking POS things at a rally one time. Wanted to jam a stick up the tail pipe and save the planet :realmad:
