How many S&M members use a diesel conditioner/lubricant and anti-gel in there diesel fuel, is there any noticeable difference in performance, starting, etc. What brands are you using, any input would be appreciated.

I'm looking to purchase a GM diesel and heard alot of positive feedback to adding a conditioner/lubricant, thanks for the feedback.
Really. Thats not good at all. Ive run it for alot of years now and never once had a problem.amazing you guys dont havre trouble with howes. We ran that for a couple year awhile back and then we had a bottle of pure howes anti-gel actually gel up in the bottle while sitting on the bench. Needless to say it found the fast track off our farm. Im not saying its junk it just suprises me you dont have trouble with it. Although I know other truckers that are still using it but they fill their semi and use a whole gallon of it (half a gallon in each tank). Guess it seems to work for them and you guys too but im not willing to take the chance on it again.
i've never added anything to any of my diesels...thought about it, just have never got around to doing it..and they seem to be running just fine still
Looking at a 2010 GM Sierra HD with the Duramax.Always have used Howes, so don't know how my 2005 LLY would run without it?? At $350-$400 per injector, good to keep them clean. What year are you looking at?
