Does anyone have information on this product? You can get it at a Petro Can or Neufelds petroleum up here in GP.

I can find no info, other than on YT with the video "Best Diesel Lube", to me the bottle is relabeled DFL. My good friend can get it for free,.. and I said I would look into it for him,.. Myself I would not use it because it is a water emulsifier which equals bad for injection pumps and injectors.

He was wanting to use it in his '09 Duramax

I am also wondering if it is an aggressive water emulsifying agent compared to other additives. You are going to get a certain amount of suspended water passed filtration, but in all reality is this just another snake oil product?

I agree with our your concept, the idea of separating water in a system that hates it rather than blending it and disposing of it has always confused me.

Lubricate, dilute,dispose is my modo!

Well most additives will be an emulsifier, the ones that are demulsifiers are the ones that you would want to avoid UNLESS you have a drain valve on your tank. Also they defeat the purpose of water traps/water separators.

The aggressive emulsifiers will take the suspended water through the trap/filter and through into the remaining injection system. Whereas the lesser will stop at the trap/filter to be drained accordingly(we hope)

Of course you will get a certain minute percentage through the filter, it's inevitable.
