Up the Renshaw today. The water on road at 11 is now a frozen rink and the hole in floor is patched. Then the good stuff started. 3' of powder in the back again today and the sunshine was a killer. HA HA HA The trail is in need of grooming and will talk to Rod Thurs. and try to get a start date for the groomer. Will post tomorrow and give you the good news???

Good to hear that the grooming has started. Rode Bell and Renshaw on the weekend and Renshaw trail was brutal. Ride was worth it though when we got back past the lake, Lots of untracked, all you had to do was look. Got to break in the new XP, WOW, 116 miles and zero problems, cannot wait to get back out the end of the month.

Bell was good as well, dropped over big Bell into that back bowl and good snow back there as well. Lots of open creeks and big holes to watch for in the trees still. We brought a propane tank up from Ride-n-hide on Friday to get some heat at Bell cabin, much needed given the temps on the weekend

Cold as hell each day though, frost burnt my nose again...minor issues

I've ridden Renshaw before but never ventured too far from the cabin. Where is the best place to go to find good snow? I've heard head left at the cabin but how far back can you go? Where is this lake? Is it advanced riding to get back in there.
Thanks.

Bell was groomed Mon. and cabin cleaned. Window that is broken was measured and will order today. Thanks for taking propane up. The 30 lb. will be filled and returned to cabin before weekend. Renshaw grooming starts today and they think it will take at least 3 days to get to cabin. For the people that have been using Bell cabin, THANK-YOU for not leaving it in a mess like the people using Lucille and Renshaw. The clean-up was very quick. Remember PACK IT IN----PACK IT OUT. Thanks

to get over to the other side is almost directly behind the cabin over the range, as to how far can you go back lets just say you don't have enough fuel to find the end. the renshaw is endless

Renshaw can not be ridden in one day unless you are pulling a skidder of fuel, have had a total of 17 gallons and never got close to circling all of Renshaw. You can go.......it's just freakin huge!!!!!!:D

We were up Renshaw today (wed) and it was AWSOME!!!!

2 to 3 feet of fresh powder and the trail is almost complete, up to km 26 or so, I'm sure it will be done by the week end.

CONDITIONS ARE EXCELENT.

Just back from Renshaw. Cabin cleaned and 3-4 feet of fresh new powder. Holy crap what a great day. You guys coming this weekend are in for some great riding. Some of the hills we were going over with no problem last week were a workout today and then didn't get as high as I was last week. Yah baby. Barry:D:D:)
P.S. Groomer broke down lastnite and was still being worked on this am. Table top trail to 23, 80 mph up and back down.

Rode the RENSHAW yesterday. 3 ft of powder and untracked as far as you want to go. Probably the best ride in years. Groomer was just about to cabin, should be incredable today.(probably only 20 people in the back side!)
