I interpreted your statement "Slower than 110km keep right!" as "If your doing the speed limit you have the right to travel in the left (passing) lane"

Sorry for my misunderstanding of your statement. I HATE left lane hogs...they are a major cause of road rage which causes poor decision making. Rant over...
