Dan Davidoff rest in peace

The service was very nice. Amazing family and a ton of people from the community and sled heads in attendance. I'd guess 500++ Church was packed and Castlegar did everthing they could to support this day. His employer had their service trucks outside with his pictures on the doors and cabs. Very nice touch.

thanks for sharing randy it is great to hear How well Dan was appreciated by the community he called home and his employer. I am sure as you view the various forums you know how endearing his personality was throughout the entire sport

The community really came together and you could definitely see how much Dan had touch the community with his loving, caring personality. He will be missed, rest well my friend.

Yes. I rode with him a lot before my 05 accident, known him for almost 15yrs.

Dan has 3 young kids that will need some help with funeral and all the expenses.
Not to mention no more income in this family at the moment so please help his family out if ya can.

It doesn't seem like it has been 3 years already. I still love watching the old videos that he appeared in. I remember meeting him a couple of times at the Edmonton sled show and bought a couple of his videos there. Great climbs, great guy!

Damn, 3 years already. I watch his videos all the time and consider him to be one of the greatest mountain/chute killers of all time. Dude was super funny and humble. RIP Krazy Kanadian.
