I don't have a whole lot to say about this subject other then it has been my experience that in general now day's truck driver's IMO are some of the worst driver's on the road and most dangerous. What ever reason they have non is are respectful or reasonable for their driving.
But then, like they "say if you can't make it in any other trade's, you can alway's become a truck driver", no brain's required duh.

I have a few hours of dashcam footage from idiots on the road. 95% of it is 4 wheelers doing what they do. like this guy....

haha, no tea here, not slaming you either, just my observation about your vid, maybe post a vid next time that is not open to interpretation. i could have an hour of truck driving hero's tomorrow morning showing the driving habits of truck drivers on 881. my point class 1 drivers should be way wav above class 5 drivers in there driving habits, driving for road conditions and public safety. i just don't see it on an overall basis. but in the defence of truckers everywhere there are a lot of good drivers and very good drivers. i find it funny that you and #'s are defending the bad drivers out there.

now from driving this dam road for the last 30 days, i feel because of narrow road and blowing snow etc. that the problem mainly lies in highway maintenance. they need to plow the dam road when and as it starts to snow. trucks cannot see the white outside line, nor the center line. so they hug as far center as possible. night is worse. anyway that is what i see. combine with money it becomes dangerous. sorry #'s i don't want to argue with you, not worth it!!!!!

Personally think all drivers are getting worse not better. Common courtesy seems to have disappeared all together. I'm not old but remember when slower drivers on a two lane used to pull over to the shoulder to allow faster moving vehicles to pass. Don't see that anymore.
I also deal with a fleet of concrete mixer drivers on a daily basis and I have good ones and bad ones. I also get to deal with all the public complaints. Some are legit but most are just stupid. Seems like most people think that all these big rigs can maneuver and stop like sports cars.
I think all drivers just need to get better and start focusing on the road and surroundings.

Here's a real superstar. This happens far too often nowadays and this is the $hit I'm talking about.

Tons more videos like this. Highway conditions aren't always to blame. Sometimes it's just a lack of courtesy and common sense.

They should be putting crosses at sites where people have died
Wait until spring, there's hundreds of them along with truck canopys, jeep tops, broken glass and a bunch of debris from all the winter rollovers. 881 is WAY to narrow for some of the mods heading up
