I know their parts are expensive but I have to give credit where credit is due.
The boys at Cycleworks Calgary told me the warranty work would not be done on my sled until near Friday, due to waiting for parts and this morning(Tuesday) . I went there to beg for it earlier and they said, "All Done"
It appears that the retainer clamp that holds thu bearing in the tunnel, may have been loose and the bearing was moving on the shaft to wear it to 3/4" of it's original diameter. Maybe some others should check your bolts on this retainer. Second though was that the end stub was glued in to the aluminum shaft, crooked and was causing the bearing to rock around?? Who really knows but Polaris.
Thanks Cycleworks!
